We will be auctioning a great selection of motocross gear in our Limassol Auction.
This consists of two great options:
The first includes a ‘Thor’ Impact Rig, Kronos Padded Trousers, Fox Padded Trousers, Camel Pack & RST XL Gloves all starting for just €40.
The second option includes a New Cordura Motorcycle Jacket Together with a Helmet, 3-Pairs of Gloves, 2 Impact Vests (Body Armour) & a Puncture Repair Kit starting from just €60.
The Auction will be held on Saturday the 5th August at 11am and the full catalogue will be out Wednesday 2nd August.

We had a great auction in Limassol on Saturday. 

Some of the highlight sales included many of the coin sets especially the Boxed Collection of Ancient Roman Silver Coins at €700,  the Inlaid Dining Table with 6 x Chairs & 2 x Carvers Upholstered in Dust Pink Velour for €550,  the ‘Ocean Kayak’ Torque Motorized Fishing Kayak also for €550  and the Framed Oil on Canvas 19th Century Painting of a Victorian Lady for €500 plus many more.

But we are not done yet, already we have new and exciting items coming in as soon as we opened our doors this morning with one in particular raising a lot of interest.

For our auction on the 5th August we will have for sale a Salvaged World War Two Internal Ships Telephone that was on the British Aircraft Carrier HMS Ark Royal.

This a great piece for any militaria collector so don’t miss out!

In summary, we now have a full online catalogue where you can filter the results by each category – helping you find items of interest quicker… search by specific keywords, ID or Lot numbers… then we now show you larger photos and in many cases multiple images of each Lot…

It doesn’t stop there! You can now easily register and sign-in online to place book bids direct on our website, it’s the quickest and safest way to communicate to us which items you would like to bid for during an auction. You will receive a copy of all bids placed to your verified email along with a detailed invoice for successful bids after the auction.

Coming soon will be a notification service, where you can record certain categories, or specific keywords (eg. Rolex, Bunnykins) and we will advise you when such Lots are included in our forthcoming auctions.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT – NEW OPENING HOURS 2017 at Castle Auctions in Limassol…

Dear customers and friends,

If you had time to read our end of year newsletter you will have seen that there are lots of exciting changes, improvements and upgrades planned for 2017 at Castle Auctions. In order to deliver these we have taken the decision that from the 1st of February 2017 we will not be open to the public weekdays until 10am each working day.

Last nights Fine Art Evening and Auction was a great success and a brilliant collaboration of Castle Auctions and Miho Art Gallery in Limassol.

A small, intimate, fun and friendly atmosphere with champagne and chocolates flowing!

Approximately 70% of the original artwork was sold during the evening and some good bidding took place by interested parties which lead to some significant prices bring achieved

Auctioneers Duncan Wills and Alexey Golovanov hosted the evening in both English and Russian language to a varied audience.

Hopefully this is the start of regular Fine Art Auctions and a long term relationship with the Miho Art Gallery – we look forward to announcing dates and more details soon!

Many of you will have seen a beautiful 1980 Rolls Royce Silver Shadow II in our saleroom recently, in addition to the 40,000 post views on our Facebook page…

It comes as no surprise that this lovely car was sold in it’s first auction and has just been collected by the proud new owners, the photograph here shows them shaking hands with our lead auctioneer Duncan Wills. Also pictured is a regular customer and friend of the auction, together with our auctioneer Michael Michaelson.

We were very pleased to offer such an elegant car for sale and are delighted it’s gone to a good home and someone who will appreciate the vehicle for many years.
